1) Lotus Room
Our spacious multi-purpose LOTUS ROOM is approximately 6.5 x 10m and soundproof. It has air conditioning and can fit approximately 20 yoga mats. It is suitable for a range of activities including yoga, meditation, drawing, sound healing, workshops, massage, etc.
Price: Hourly Hire (including setup / pack-down time)
$60/hr + $40 one-off booking fee
(Booking fees cover administrative costs for marketing and securing your time slot on our event calendar)
Promotion
Included in your booking, your event shall be shared and promoted via our large following on social media.
With over 10k followers on Facebook & over 5k followers on Instagram, we can help attract healthy interest and encourage participants to your event.
Your event shall also receive a listing on our online events calendar.

Monday - Venue Closed
Tuesday, Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8am-9pm
Sunday: 8am -5pm
Parking
Onsite parking at the venue for approximately 18 cars.
Parking can be limited at peak times during cafe trading hours, please allow time to park before your booking.
Additional parking can be found at; Manor Hill Cl (2min walk) & Holgate Primary School (4min walk).
Car-pooling is encouraged for larger events.
Room hire requirements (Please read before securing your booking.)
***Facilitators must hold current public liability insurance. Please provide evidence of this upon booking. ***
- Facilitators acknowledge and abide by our terms and conditions upon payment.
- A Working With Children Check is required if hosting an event for children.
- First Aid Qualification provided by Yoga + Breath + Body work teachers.
- Room hire times must include adequate time to set up, pack up and clean the room.
- Incense, sage, and candles are permitted if used safely. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure there is no candle wax on the floor. A $50 fee will be charged if wax is left in the space as it is very time consuming to remove. All candles must be used in holders that are safe and stable.
- Facilitators acknowledge there will be a cleaning fee if the room has not been swept efficiently or mopped if necessary. (A broom is located in the attached store room, additional cleaning equipment is the responsibility of the hirer.)
- If using loud music, doors must be closed to respect our neighbours.
- Any repairs to paintwork, floor, appliances or any breakages will be charged accordingly.
- It is the hirers responsibility to ensure your participants register for your event, access Bamboo Buddha and find their way around.
- Provide all correspondence via email so nothing gets lost. Please email: thebamboobuddha@gmail.com
- Please only tag @thebamboobuddha on Instagram & Facebook and not venue staff members' personal accounts.
