“Timeless Connections” – A Daughter & Mother Day Retreat

A one-day retreat for Adult daughters and their mothers.

It is a day out of busy life to connect and rejuvenate TOGETHER. To share and create memories in a beautiful relaxed setting.

The day will involve planned workshops that inspire creativity, health and wellbeing.

Movement Workshop: Embrace Your Flow

Our focus will be on enjoyment, so come ready to explore and have fun, no matter your skill level or experience. Let’s celebrate the joy of movement together!

Tea Time! – This mindful tea ceremony offers a unique opportunity to connect, reflect, and savour. We celebrate this timeless ritual and the gifts it offers… the peaceful moments, the story telling and the joy of simple connection.

A nourishing mixed platter Lunch is included, along with a light afternoon tea.

WHY a RETREAT? : A day out of our schedule can offer both personal benefits and opportunities for bonding. It’s a chance to focus on yourselves individually and together, recharge, and explore new experiences.

F. A.Q’s

1. What age is this day planned for?  You are welcome to come from any age! You may be 17 and feel like a day out with your mum or 50 and bringing your mum or your daughter…. or BOTH!

2. Do the ticket holders need to be mother and daughter? Absolutely not. We encourage any women that may share a similar bond. It may be an extended family member or a dear friend or mentor.

3. I want to bring 2 daughters, or my mother-in-law also. Is this possible? Yes of course, we have that option in the ticket link.

4. Is the booking price per person? NO, the booking is per Daughter-Mother couple.
