Sounds of Serenity – Sound Bath

Stephanie performs with crystal bowls , Tibetan bowls , monochord , Gong , native American drum , voice and soothing percussion instruments , accompanied by Kazuto with the American Indian flute and sound instruments to revive your spirits and restore equilibrium.

Sound healing can assist with anxiety, insomnia, hormone imbalance, depression, muscular aches and pains, lower blood pressure and cholesterol and lower stress levels.

Stephanie has completed her level 1 foundation of sounds and a Diploma in sound healing. Stephanie is passionate about her work after studying the effects of sound on a physical /physiological level and how our body responds to the sounds in different ways.

Please bring along a yoga mat , blanket, eye pillow and a pillow and a water bottle, only $43 + bf, you’ll love it!
