In Slow Soul Connect we begin with some gentle Pranic Healing movement to clear the chakras and our energy bodies of old stagnant energy that is no longer needed (a bit like throwing out the dregs of a cup of tea before making a new one!) These movements combined with gentle somatic breathing allows the process of alignment and grounding to begin. Following this, you will either sit or lay to receive a beautifully channelled healing
