Slow Soul Movement & Meditation

July 22 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

$22 – $144
Relax & Destress from your busy week.
Centre & Connect to YOU!
I’d love you to come along each Friday and SLOW everything down with me for just 60mins….
Slow your physical body
Slow your mind
Slow to acknowledge your emotions.
You will feel more free and expansive connecting to your MAGNIFICENT Soul energy.
Our Soul energy is ALWAYS there, it just gets covered in “debris” (fears and pain) so we don’t connect with it as easily as we might if we were holding a clear, centred space for ourselves.
The 10 Pranic cleansing moves you’ll do at the beginning of the hour to empty the ‘dregs from your cup” are very easy and enable you to listen to your body and your breath as you release old stagnant energies that no longer serve you.
The Guided Meditation that follows is created for those present in the space to surrender their body, relax their mind, step beyond their emotions to a space of freedom and clarity.
In your new clear open Soul space you can receive your own wisdom more easily and allow the support and love you most need to fill you with fresh new energy.
You will walk out feeling full, nourished and at ease!
Term: 22nd July – 16th September
