Qigong Taiji (Chi Kung Tai Chi) is an ancient Chinese art
consisting of gentle flowing movements that regulate and harmonise mind,
body and breath. The rhythmic movements create a sense of peace and
calm promoting good health and well-being.
Some of the many benefits with regular practice are;
-increase clarity, focus & concentration
-improve flexibility & balance
-strengthen muscles, tendons, ligaments
-lubricate joints
-assist digestive & elimination function
-stimulate lymph and glands
-balance nervous systems; release tension & anxiety

Instructor Lisa McEvoy has been teaching Qigong, Tai Chi & Meditation since 2005.
Classes are held in a relaxed environment, for all levels of experience & ability.
