Join Liz in a space of genuine love and surrender to open to the Love you are ready to embrace in 2023 when she holds her first Meditative Circle this year.

The Love Activator

Sit in an intimate circle and receive energetic clearing and alignment of your chakra system, releasing trapped energy from your physical body and giving your nervous system permission to fully relax, before a vibrational saturation of self love & gratitude is activated.

In this guided process you are gently opened in your awareness of how, and what you connect with, of the vibrational aspects of love. You will experience a complete sensory connection with your resonating love vibration. Once your entire being is energetically saturated with love and being fully held in love, you are given the chance to direct that abundance of love energy towards a part of your life you know is ready for this activation of love.

After this process the excess love is then fed from each person into the centre of the circle so that there is an accumulation of love vibrancy at the circle’s core.

This accumulated core energy is then used to distribute to a person in your life you hold dear, your family, your community, the state, the country, the world and beyond to Universe to be set free to flow with the intention that the more we allow it’s expansive flow the more life it has to come back to us for replenishment for we are all one.

There is time at the end of the circle to journal your intuitive awarenesses from the process and share with the group what you have activated within you during the journey.

The Circle is a maximum of 10 people.
