This intimate retreat created by Liz McDonald of Shift With Liz & Laura Jones of Return to Self, offers a sacred pause for Pregnant Mothers to feel safe to slow down, rest, make space and connect. Through a calming Tea Ceremony, guided Soul Meditation, healing Sound Bath, Reiki, soothing Hand Massage, and plenty of moments for Soulful Connection, Reflection, Journaling and Sharing, you’ll be held in a nurturing space designed to awaken your inner wisdom and deepen your bond with your precious Baby.

Surrounded by a small supportive circle of women, you’ll be guided inward to cultivate presence; space to connect with your inner wisdom; and time to surrender any fears from the body or mind so your heart can open further to deepen the Soulful bond with your Baby.

Come as you are, and leave feeling rested, held, grounded, connected, nourished, and more attuned to the quiet voice of the Soul Wisdom within You.
