Breathwork is a profound way to access your authentic self and achieve lasting positive change.

 

My name is Jasmin, my calling and passion is to walk alongside others to help support them through positive growth that enables them to live a more free flowing joyful life, creating more ease and less tension.

In addition to being a Biodynamic Breathwork facilitator, I am a Tantrā practitioner, Reiki/ energy healing practitioner, Intuitive artist and Psychic medium.

Embodying a deep connection to energy, spirit and the plant worlds I utilize and combine these abilities, skills and knowledge to provide a space of great healing and support.

 

Breathwork is a profound system of body/breath therapy which integrates conscious connected breathing with conscious movements, body awareness techniques, bodywork and meditation.

When skillfully combined in an integrated flow and safe environment these techniques can result in releasing long held trauma from the physical, mental and energetic structures.

Trauma can be defined as unexpressed emotions held within the body.

Trauma includes the stress of any internal or external experience that requires changes to the normal coping mechanisms of the body. Prolonged and repeated stress, also including negative changes in one’s thinking process due to exposure of other people’s traumatic experiences.

 

During this group breathwork journey you will be carefully guided and held with love and compassion.

The connective breath creates a charge of energy within the body, bringing to the surface past unexpressed emotions, this Breathwork technique could be described as graceful and gentle. Being careful not to trigger and react to past emotions but to feel within the body, without judgement the sensations of these held traumas, stress, emotions..

 

This is a 2 hour group experience, breathing and releasing, integration and grounding back into the body and gently back into the space. Groups hold added benefits of collective energy, surrounded by others on a similar healing journey, inspiration and connection, being witnessed by others in your authenticity. The extra power and benefits of group work adds more availability for growth that is like no other, this can be profoundly life changing.
