What: Yoga is a practice focused on the union of body, mind, and breath, and on opening the heart through compassionate intention. All levels are welcome.

When: Sundays

Time: 10:30-11:30am

Other: Bring your yoga mat if you have one!

Buddhist Classes

What:
A discussion group introducing the basic ideas of Buddhist meditation and philosophy.

When: Sundays

Time: 11:30-12:30pm

Music Classes for Babies, Toddlers & Pre Schoolers.

These classes start at 9.30 am on Wednesday and Friday mornings

You will also understand how music develops your baby physically, cognitively, vocally, emotionally and socially. The journey continues with a high emphasis on fun with parental involvement in the Our Time for toddlers. Post Kindermusik, we offer the sensational Encore Kinderbeat program for Pre-schoolers, which leads perfectly into keyboard tuition with Encore on Keys.

If you are already musical, you will love singing all the songs, the quality of the beautiful musical arrangements on the CDs, the extensive cultural influence of the musical selection and the wide-range of familiar and unusual instruments used in class.

If you think you have no musical ability, then take heart, we will dig deep and find it! We hope that your musical confidence will grow and you will be singing and playing the music to your baby/child yourself at home, with the wonderful At Home Materials.

With Musicrazy, you will be one step ahead of your child all the way through their musical learning, so that once they are onto their first instrument instruction you will be able to help them, just as you do with their other school subjects.

Meditation

We are fascinated when confronted with the possibility of mystic vision and psychic awareness.
While meditators report these improvement, these experiences should not be the main reason for practice. The purpose of meditation is to bring us back to balance and ourselves.
As we become healthier, happier and realize greater self awareness the other benefits just come naturally

Meditation is not forced and your mind will wonder at times. If we consciously try to prevent thinking it will only have a negative impact on your meditation experience.
Whenever we become lost in thought simply acknowledge "it's only a thought" and gently return your attention to your focus of meditation.

Spiritual growth is a natural process, empowered by parts of ourselves that know more than we can understand consciously

Meditation teaches us to slow down, breath and connect to this empowering force we hold within.
As we let go consciously and receive unconsciously we learn to trust this awareness
And to trust in life.

Healing Day

Date: Every 3rd Saturday of the Month.
Time: 2pm to 4pm
Cost: $10 per 20min session
Booking: None required, can put your name in the book on the day

Come and try a variety of different healing modalities and enjoy an organic coffee in the garden setting.

Several therapists will be available to explain different modalities to you and to help you understand how they can benefit you. You can book in for 20 minute sessions via a diary to give to you a sample of how they work and what works for you.
