The Buddha Burger
Get in touch with your inner Buddha. An open-faced lentil burger infused with Middle Eastern spices from Gourmet Organic Herbs. Served on toasted Turkish bread with salad greens and mustard seed chutney.
Spinach & Feta Frittata
Treat yourself to this delicate spinach and fetta frittata. A crisp garden salad (with ingredients hand selected from the market) creates the perfect balance for this dish. It's filling and refreshing; a little bit naughty and nice.
Thai Noodle Salad
Send your tastebuds to Thailand. Served cool, our version of this classic salad sees hokkien noodles with carrot, capsicum and shallots, finished with sesame & mild chilli dressing. Find a quiet spot in our tropical garden cafe, relax and say "Kop Kun Ka" (thank you).
Brie-illiant Roll
We start with farmhouse Brie and slice it generously on a fresh-baked gourmet seeded bread roll. Topped with salad, quince paste, and a rough handful of walnuts; it's, well, brie-illiant!
Risoni Salad with Pesto
If we were in Italy, this dish would have nonas (grandmothers) begging for the recipe. A healthy blend of rice-sized Mediterranean pasta and basil pesto. Served with our mixed field greens salad and dressed with caramelised balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Bellissimo!
Banana or Fruit Bread
This is baking at its finest - simple, generous and delicious. Order toasted banana or fruit bread and when your waitress asks if you'd like it with butter and honey, say "yes". With a touch of melting butter and sweet honey, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store. If no-one is looking, lick your plate! YUM!
